Deepwatch

See what a decision actually costs.

Product companies run a plan, a set of people, and a set of dollars — usually in three different places. Deepwatch puts them in one picture so a change is visible before you make it.

Artephi account. Claim a free seat from the portal. You can keep it. No card.

Deepwatch command: Catalog Platform Pro to $99, sandbox EOY $766k, +$364k vs official
A pricing change in sandbox. The dollar is on the same screen as the decision.

The problem

A small change is never only a small change.

Two engineers off one line of work. A launch that slips a quarter. A hire that does not exist yet. Those moves have a cost. Most tools never show it in the same place as the plan.

  • Not FP&A.
  • Not a ticket board.
  • Not a second set of numbers on a dashboard.

Who

Product-driven companies.

You have a product to ship, people who build it, and a finite amount of both. Founders, COOs, product and engineering leaders, finance — anyone who has to live with the consequence.

In the product

Plan. People. Decision.

Deepwatch cumulative Gantt of sellable items and capabilities
The plan — what is on, delayed, and what that does to the year.
Deepwatch capacity: named FTE, demand vs named seats, assignment matrix
The people — named seats, not a pool. Gap and unlock sit on the same row.

Five moves.

01

The plan

What you intend to ship, and when.

02

The people

Who is on the work, and at what load.

03

The decision

Move someone. Slip a date. Add or cut work.

04

The money

What that change does to cost and revenue.

05

The agreement

The company can see it, and commit.

FAQ

Is this finance software?
No. The object is the operating decision. Money is the consequence.
Do I need a Deepwatch login and an Artephi login?
Create the Artephi account, then claim Deepwatch in the portal. The product gets its own access secret — not your Artephi password. Same email.
What does Team add?
A shared plan, history, 50 people, five contributors. $79/month.
